Our services
- All jobs are booked on a minimum 3 hour basis.
- Carers come to your private address or place of local accommodation. Queenstown - Kelvin Heights - Frankton - Arthurs Point - Arrowtown - Wanaka
- Last minute bookings are welcome, however a late placement fee applies if a booking is made less than 2 hours from your required start time.
- Special rates apply to New Years Eve, New Years Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Please contact us for information and availability.
- Carers are to be paid in person on completion of each daily job.
- A cancellation fee is charged should you cancel less than 3 hours from the requested start time. This will be collected from you directly if we are unable to charge your room at your place of accommodation.
- Families may wish to join together. For reasons of child safety, rates will be based on number and ages of children on a case by case basis.

*A special note on our winter service in Queenstown*
Everyone needs a rest day. Winter childcare can be tricky in Queenstown and Wanaka, especially if skifield facilities are at capacity or if a 'daycare' situation is not for you. A carer will come to you with age appropriate toys, games, and arts for entertainment while you enjoy an uninterupted ski. With your permission, they are also equipt to get out and about. Perhaps a walk to the playground, a game of frisbee golf, an aquarium visit, or get crafty at the bead shop and make some special jewellery.The options are endless, and we are happy to discuss this with you prior to your arrival.
Carers can be booked for full weeks while you enjoy skiing or Apres ski. Pre-booking ensures continuity of care.
